Load rollers; standards and tolerances

In order to be able to meet our customers' high quality requirements spindle as well as possible, NDW only sources its spindles and tubes from reputable steel manufactures and dealers. All our steel suppliers deliver materials according to the DIN standards.
So, you can be certain that the straightness of tubes that are supplied according to DIN 2394 will not be off true by more than 0.25% of the measured length. What this means is the rollers with a roller length of 1000 mm can be bent by at most 2.5 mm. This results in a variation in height of at most 5 mm. On request we can align rollers to lower values.

Our machinery and the machinery of our suppliers limits us to maximum and minimum sizes, leading to tolerances in AL, RL, LOB, SWL, LOM and LOT sizes.
